Albena is an accomplished real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience encompassing sales, property management, and strategic business planning. She is not only a seasoned trainer and mentor but also a key contributor to the ongoing development of our team. Albena collaborates closely with our marketing and property management partners, continually seeking innovative solutions to streamline our operations.
In her capacity as Business Development Manager, Albena demonstrates her leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities. Felipe is a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator who has been excelling in his role since October 2022. With a knack for providing day-to-day support to maintenance and administration staff, Felipe plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within his organization.
Felipe thoroughly enjoys the communicative aspect of his job. He finds great satisfaction in interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors, effectively addressing their concerns and queries. His friendly and patient demeanor lends itself perfectly to establishing strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
Outside of work, Felipe makes the most of his free time by indulging in a variety of hobbies. He has a penchant for playing video games, finding joy and relaxation in exploring virtual worlds and engaging in friendly competition. Additionally, Felipe is an avid reader of Stephen King novels, reveling in the suspenseful and captivating storytelling that this esteemed author offers.
When the weather permits, Felipe loves to fire up the grill and put his BBQ skills to the test. Whether it's a family gathering or a casual get-together with friends, he takes pride in preparing delicious meals that bring people together.
