Additionally, the Chosen Property Management team has extensive leadership and management experience throughout the corporate community, education and athletics.

Our escrow, title and accounting background have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. Keith and Andrea have been happily married for 40 years blessed with three beautiful children Amanda, Meghan and Matthew and two awesome grandchildren named Delaney & Liam.

They opened the doors of Chosen Property Management in January of 2013. As the CEO, business owner and business development expert, Keith has transformed this enterprise into a trusted and innovative player in the real estate sector.

He embarked on this journey in property management 11 years ago, taking the reins of Chosen Property Management. Under his visionary guidance, the company has flourished, expanding its portfolio and gaining a reputation for excellence in managing a diverse range of properties. This success can be attributed to Keith’s unwavering commitment to providing top- tier services, implementing cutting edge technology, and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction.

Keith’s leadership extends beyond the day – to – day operations of the business. Keith and Andrea have been married for 40 years. Their strengths complement each other and that has helped make their business successful. When they are not dedicating time to the business, they enjoy taking trips together, and watching home improvement shows.

With Andrea’s 11 years of dedicated leadership and entrepreneurial expertise in the property management sector, Andrea has established herself as a driving force in the industry. As both the Director of Operations and owner of a reputable property management company like Chosen Property Management she has overseen the strategic growth and operational success of the business.

Having opened the company over a decade ago, Andrea has played a pivotal role in its development and expansion. Her hands on approach to operations has enabled her to streamline processes, optimize efficiency and cultivate a culture of excellence within the organization. Commencing her property management journey in Southern California, Juanita later relocated to Northern California in 2020, where she deepened her knowledge and understanding of the industry.
