Andrea and Keith have been married for 42 years. Their strengths complement each other and that has helped make Chosen Property Management successful. When they are not dedicating time to business, they enjoy taking trips together, and spending time with their grandchildren.
With Andrea’s 13 years of dedicated leadership and entrepreneurial expertise in the property management sector, she has established herself as a driving force in the industry. As an operational and management expert, she has built a reputable property management company, like CPM, overseeing the broader strategic growth and operational success of the business.
Having opened the company over a decade ago, Andrea has played a pivotal role in its development and expansion. Under her ongoing consulting oversight, CPM continues to experience significant growth, marked by the expansion of its property portfolio and the establishment of long-term, fruitful relationships with clients and stakeholders. In her capacity as Director of Operations, Albena demonstrates her leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities. Juanita possesses extensive expertise in Property Management, honed through years of experience in the field. Commencing her property management journey in Southern California, Juanita later relocated to Northern California in 2020, where she deepened her knowledge and understanding of the industry.
During her leisure time, Juanita finds joy in spending quality moments with her family, including her three beloved dogs, often embarking on leisurely walks with her furry companions. Currently, she is dedicated to further enhancing her skill set by pursuing her real estate license, a pursuit poised to leverage her wealth of experience for even greater impact.

Felipe is a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator who has been excelling in his role since October 2022. With a knack for providing day-to-day support to maintenance and administration staff, Felipe plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within his organization.
Felipe thoroughly enjoys the communicative aspect of his job. He finds great satisfaction in interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors, effectively addressing their concerns and queries. His friendly and patient demeanor lends itself perfectly to establishing strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
Outside of work, Felipe makes the most of his free time by indulging in a variety of hobbies. He has a penchant for playing video games, finding joy and relaxation in exploring virtual worlds and engaging in friendly competition. Additionally, Felipe is an avid reader of Stephen King novels, reveling in the suspenseful and captivating storytelling that this esteemed author offers.
When the weather permits, Felipe loves to fire up the grill and put his BBQ skills to the test. Whether it's a family gathering or a casual get-together with friends, he takes pride in preparing delicious meals that bring people together.
